While working for COMTeK at FIU I found out something very interesting. A number of students that got accepted never had the minimum requirements to start classes at FIU. Then, the same case happened when I found out that some cadets (freshman) did not have the minimum to start at FIU but they were cadets. One day I was working when a fellow Officer came to my office; he asked me "how can I get my son into FIU, he does not meet the requirements" (he knew how, he was playing dumb) I said, take him to see Dr. Bxxxxxxg over admission to see if he could help. The Officer proceeded to say " oh, he still here good, he helped my daughter to get in, he places students in FIU if they promise to join the first semester of ROTC".
I know if who you know and not what you know...but if your son or daughter are busting their "behind" to get into college and have the requirements to get into a particular one...Do you think is fair that they are replaced by someone that did not?
You be the judge!
The Army suffers from RACISM and from Institutional Prejudice, both widely practiced in the Armed Forces, neither admitted nor discussed by their "leaders". The Armed Forces are the mos hypocritical Institution in this nation. They don't want minorities, they don't want "gays nor lesbians" but they accept them because they need them.If you are a minority that have been rejected or not promoted because of your color or ethnicity, feel free to leave a comment or your story, no names needed.

Army Cadet Command Hides Fraternization!
Cadet Command and the Army have on thing in common, they like to hide issues that are obvious! Lets take for instance this situation; Cadre (male), cadet (female) at Florida International University Army ROTC program. Cadre takes military vehicle with him for personal use...and picks up cadet for PT at 0530 hrs (by himself), cadre gets out of staff meetings to pick up cadet from dorm and take her to class, cadre takes cadet (by themselves) to lunch because she is an outstanding cadet, cadre kicks out other cadets from 15 px van because he needs to take cadet to class, cadre pays for cadet's drinks when they find each other "by mistake" or "coincidence" at a bar, cadre takes military vehicle with him home to start all over again next morning (chain of command states that it is not a violation to use military vehicles for personal use). Chain of command also states that the cadre was going "above and beyond" his duties to help a cadet...uhm...picking up a cadet from and to the dorms at that time, taking her to lunch and paying her drinks are "above and beyond"?...makes me wonder if the chain of command was doing the same.
What if the cadet was bringing breakfast to the cadre every morning...is this "above and beyond" as well for the cadet?
What if the cadet was in the building during holidays let in by the same cadre (after an order was issued from Bde. to stay away from female cadets) or she was let in the "supply room" with the keys and no supervision while is posted on the door an order from the Bn. Commander stating, no cadets are allowed without supervision...is that "special help" considered "going above and beyond"?
Let's see what the female cadet best friend has to say about this picture of the cadet and the cadre:

If the cadet is seen with the cadre by themselves often, or she is allowed to drive the military vehicle...what category does that fall under?
What about this picture?
Why is this cadre sticking his hand in this female cadet jacket?
Well, because they have been dating for a while. The cadre used to take her out for lunch in a military vehicle, pick her up for PT in the morning (by himself), used to buy her drinks when they by "coincidence" found each other at the bars...and he used to get out of briefings to pick her up (once again) in a military vehicle from classes to take her back to her dorm...the Brigade Commander's policy states "fraternization is based on PERCEPTION", the Bn. Commander states the same, and Army Policy 600-20 states:
(1) Compromise, or appear to compromise, the integrity of supervisory authority or the chain of command.(2) Cause actual or perceived partiality or unfairness.(3) Involve, or appear to involve, the improper use of rank or position for personal gain.(4) Are, or are perceived to be, exploitative or coercive in nature.(5) Create an actual or clearly predictable adverse impact on discipline, authority, morale, or the ability of the command to accomplish its mission
At not point in time says..."you have to be caught" or it has to be proven..

Is this correct? BTW, this was not a PUBLIC presentation, this pic was taken by the cadet'e best friend and it was kind of private.
What about the behavior of the PMS or Professor of Military Science;
GROOVY BABY...RIGHT? Is a field grade officer supposed to be posing with cadets like this?
Is a MSG from the Army supposed to be doing the "..ssy" sign and is he supposed to be touching a cadet's hand?
Is an Army Major supposed to be drinking with cadets and or getting drunk with them at a bar?
Are these the new policies of Cadet Command about fraternization?
According to the Bde. Sergeant Major (for Cadet Command 6th. Bde.), "this is happening all over but we can not do anything about it"...
Please post pictures of this happening at your school, we can not have this happening any more!!
ARMY ROTC, Are we training our future leaders like we are supposed to?
Army Cadet Command, DOD IG and COMTeK are protecting individuals that are harming our Army and it's values. FIU (Florida International; University) Army ROTC posted on FB, pictures of a cadet with other cadets holding the Battalion flag while he was showing a "dildo" between his legs. The problem besides this is that, there was a "Master Sergeant" cadre member next to him. When asked the later replied and I quote..."I was not there when the pictures were taken"...well the picture speaks for itself.
Yes, the Golden Panthers from FIU or Southern Strike, see last two on your right..."dildo" is not shown, cadre is dressed as a "drag queen" in blue...three years in a row...different outfits...all fit perfectly.
On another issue, a cadre is dating a cadet, the cadet does not want to date the cadre anymore and decides to date another cadet. The problem is that the cadre does not want to let go...cadre gets drunk...goes to cadet's house...finds out that his "cadet" is with another man...cadre damages the cadet's cars...no charges are filed...PMS (Professor of Military Science) denies the facts. Then New PMS denies the facts. Neither cadet files charges because they are scared that they will not get their LT bar...new boyfriend states that his girlfriend was "date raped" by the cadre...Cadet Command, denies the issues. COMTeK states that they never knew about it and denies the issues. Female Cadet gets "special help" from new PMS, she passes the APFT (one on one) once again...despite the fact that she can not pass the run. Female cadet gets commissioned. CONGRATULATIONS!!
